Cron Job failing after upgrad to civi 3 Alpha

When I run mailing cronjob to do a mailing:

http://focusnorthamerica.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/bin/civimail.cronjob.php?name=xxx&pass=xxx&key=xxx (User, pass and key removed)


I get the following Error
Fatal error: Class 'JFactory' not found in /home/focusnor/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System/Joomla.php on line 300

this is a bug. can u please file an issue and we'll fix in the next release of v3.0
