Administer CiviCRM page submenus not appearing

I have just a simple list of titles with no submenu items to administer.

Which version of CiviCRM are you using (please update your forum profile…)? Can you explain what is missing when compared to http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin?reset=1 or http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin&reset=1 ?

The latest 3 alpha.

Only the main menu items are appearing e.g. "Customise", "Configure", "Manage" . . . . All those sub menus of those main ones (on the right) are absent and if the + button is clicked nothing appears. I don't know how this started to happen.

Re: Administer CiviCRM page submenus not appearing - Screen Dump
August 26, 2009, 03:14:16 am
I have taken a screen dump to show the problem.

The URL is: 192.168.x.x/acdclient/index.php?q=civicrm/admin&reset=1

What's your browser? Looks like menu is cutting off from your screen.

Makes no difference which browser. The screen shot is reduced to 32Kbyte for the upload. If you look at the image you will see there are no submenus.
