Hello,

I was hoping to run code on an event registration after the contact had been saved - ie. any deduping had been done. Is the post process hook the right place?

I can see variables by dumping $form->getVar( '_params' ); but not the contact id

please file an issue. We'll fix this for 3.0

in general we should move to making the ids of objects we create to be class variables, so hooks can use them
