Confused about Contacts

3.0Alpha.

If I click on My Contact Dashboard I am told I have no contacts (no groups or any of the others configured yet).

In have recently created a number of contacts via the New Case screen. They are listed on the Recent Items list.

How do I get at these contacts?

Go to Contact Summary and then click on View Contact Dashboard.

Sorry, have looked for a menu for Contact Summary and can't find one.

When you click on Contact listed in Recently Viewed blocked it will take you Contact Summary for that particular contact.

That takes me to a page of Case details not the contacts page with all those Tabs for their data. If I had been busy that day that list in the left column would be unmanagebly long.

I cannot find any route through to that page. Your last pointer was different from the previous one?

PS I am logged in as super admin so I do not have to worry about things being enabled or not.
