I have about 90 Case Types. If I want to reorder them I most likely will want to move one somewhere other than Top or Next up/down. It would be very useful to have the Value column editable to change the position of the entry AND that the value changes to reflect that position (thus this column is always in number order). There may be a case to keep the Order column but both is a bit of an overkill.
