Attaching docs to contact failes after a duplicate contact error warning

We recently noticed that when attempting to attach a document to a given contact (Type: Organization, in this case), if a duplicate contact warning is triggered and you still click "Save Matching Contact," that the file you are attempting to attach never gets attached.  Of course, when you get the duplicate contact warning you have to re-browse for the file, but still nothing.

I have tried to track this down and got far enough back in the chain to realize that ./packages/HTML/QuickForm/Controller.php::exportValues() doesn't even seem to be receiving the appropriate fields ... in this case fields named like custom_<digit>_<3 digits>.  At that point I stopped and figured that I was either going down the wrong path or else it was going take me too much time to find the problem.

The workaround is to simply make sure that the duplicate contact warning never triggers by adjusting the dup matching rules, but this still seems like a bug.

Can you replicate this on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org. If you are able to replicate please file an issue in jira.
