I have also been scouring the usual resourses to try to figure this one out, and wanted to try here too in case someone understands this better than i do.

We are going to start using CiviContribute to process donations and memberships, and have most of it figured out, except that I get an error when I'm processing a donation. I have everything set up accurately in CiviCRM (the same settings as I was using for Ubercart - which worked). I have not yet disabled Ubercart, but am thinking this is probably not a big deal...

We are using drupal 6.x.

When I do a test contribution, when I click 'Process Payment' from whatever the second screen that asks you to verify the information is, I get an error...

Here's the error:

    Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

    php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

    Return to home page.
