Problems with Payment Processor Types

There is a screen for editing payment processor types
http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/paymentProcessorType?reset=1
but the global settings page doesn't link to it
http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting?reset=1
and I'm not sure that anything does, but it can be useful if you are setting up a payment processor.

Anyway, when you click on "disable" a payment processor type, it doesn't show as disabled, and if you try to delete it, after the "are you sure" prompt, it gives a ton of error messages about missing fields (that aren't missing)... (can't give you a link from the sandbox, but it doesn't work their either).

Maybe of course the lack of links to this page are because I wasn't supposed to be fiddling with it in the first place!

This has been fixed in revision 23471 and would be available in the next release.
