additional location dissappeared in 1.8

can anyone tell me what happened to the "additional location" section in the edit contact area for 1.8?  how can i get this displayed on the contact edit screen? thanks

Starting in 1.8, the number of locations on the edit contact screen is controlled by a field in Global Settings >> Address Settings. The default is 1. You can change this easily from Administer CiviCRM menu. I've added a tip on this to the upgrade doc.
