Online Registration (Disabled)

Hi,

I'm new to Civic CRM and trying to create an event with online registration. When i work through the event wizard there is no option to select if the event has online registration. How do i set it up to allow online registration.

u can enable online registration and fill in all those values as required

Thanks for the response, but even in the page you provided the link to i can't see an online registration check box as indicated in the online manuals.

Am i doing something wrong?

in the link lobo provided I see the attached - ie there is a checkbox - if you are not seeing this it may be a browser issue so you may need to provide details

I'm using internet explorer 7 version 7.0.5730.13.

Everything else seems to work fine except for the online registration part.

not clear if you are confirming that you are not seeing the checkbox in my screenshot above

I'm seeing the checkbox in your screen shot but not when i'm using the online registration component. It doesn't give me any options to select a checkbox. I have check on multiple computers.

Are there any installations options i need to ensure are correct.
