Organisation details via 'my account'
August 29, 2009, 10:51:33 pm
Not strictly a module (yet) but I am refering to http://civicrm.org/node/587 which says
Quote
    * Create an organization profile and check "My Account" in the used for settings
    * Ensure that the user's relationship with the organization is permissioned, i.e. the user has the permission box checked to edit the organization
    * Apply the patch at the end of this post

So I have created some Org Custom Data and created a Profile that is set for "View/Edit User Account " (which is my interpretation of the 'my account' above) - and included the Org fields (my interpretation of 'create an organization profile')

Field visibility is set to "User and User Admin Only"

I have a user that has a single permissioned relationship for an organisation.

I patched the file with this outcome so I presume patch was good.

When I visit 'my account' and click on 'edit' i do see an extra tab with the name of the Profile I created. When I click on it I do not see any of the fields.

Have I missed or misinterpreted the steps above - or do I seem to have applied instructions correctly but getting no result?
