New Payment Processing Error?
September 03, 2009, 07:42:42 am
I'm running Drupal 6.13 and Civi 2.2.8 and I get this message now with every single donation attempt on my contribution page:

Payment Processor Error mesage
1:250 This transaction has been declined

See attached screenshot. I tried creating a new Transaction Key in Authorize.net but that didn't work. Strangely, all these declined attempts aren't showing up in the Auth reports so apparently they're not even getting to Authorize.net for consideration. Am I missing something? Sorry if this got posted twice, the first time my browser kinda wigged out

Talked with Authorize.net - that error means the transaction came from a blocked IP address (according to our Fraud Detection Suite IP blocking filter). Very strange! I've removed the IP and will be testing again. Keep everyone posted...

Yup, disabled IP blocking altogether and it worked. After removing the offending IP address it still wouldn't work, so i disabled it altogether. Very interesting
