Any administration has a popup with camera

I uninstalled and upgraded the install to Beta 2 hoping it would fix my issue.  But, any menu item I select still has a popup with a camera crossed out.  Cant get any menues to work/click through.

I really appreciate any help.

Have you installed lightbox2 module?

I have it installed and it is enabled.

This problem is related to lightbox2, you need to install latest dev lightbox2.
