SMTP Email Distribution?

We would like to outsource our SMTP needs for our CiviCRM clients.
Is there anyone out there people would recommend?

we have been using the smtp relay service provided by uas.coop and we have been very pleased with it. you can find out all about it here: https://civismtp.uas.coop/drupal/node/3.
