after registration send mail to confirm registration for an event ,please help on this i want to add link to my site on that mail

You can add the additional information in an email receipt

Go to ::
Manage Event -> Configure -> Online Registration
At the end of the page you can see "Confirmation Email" FieldSet
There is Text area (label Text ) to add your message.
