Hi how can I modify the content of my civiCRM Home page .....civicrm/dashboard?reset=1? This is because i have 2 copies of the same menus civiCRM menu and the shortcut menu.

CiviCRM Menu and CiviCRM Shortcut are drupal blocks. You can disable them in Block settings of drupal.
