A Way to Show Contact Sub-sets on One Map?

Is there a way, either using CiviCRM core components or a third-party tool (preferably a free one) to dynamically display a set of contacts in my CiviCRM database on one graphical map?

Use google map feature in civicrm. With profiles you can limit the contacts from a group.
