Postal Code drops "0"

My profile is working fine but for one small problem. When i add a postal code to the field that begins with "0" it drops it. So the postal code 07208 becomes 7208. How can i resolve this?

is this when u are importing into excel? this is an excel issue and there is a workaround (but not sure what since i'm not an excel user)

No, it happens when i fill out a form on the site, then i goto the admin section and check the data and can see the "0" has been dropped. So no importing/exporting done so far. Any idea?
