looking for SMTP mail provider. Since the phone for CiviSMTP not working ...

and no replies to my emails since last week leaves me needing to find someone else before my clients have an uprising (here is the phone of theirs I tried (415) 820-1456 from their site).
So does anyone have any suggestions? Our servers got blacklisted so that is why we are trying to move away from this service.
