Query of attached file to contact

Hello.
Any hints or advice on how to query a Custom Field = File
It is a blob an I want to display it in a drupal page as the image it was.
???

We don't store files in database. They are uploaded to path that mention in your Global Settings >> Directories.
So you might have to query custom group table that store file id and civicrm_entity_file table.
