How can I query for the second level of soft credits?

Here is an example of what I mean:
User A has a personal campaign and gets User B to donate.
Then User B sets up a personal campaign and gets User C to donate.

User A has gotten '1' person involved. The people that User A recruited got another '1' person involved.

I know I can find the first level of soft credit by something like:
SELECT * FROM CIVICRM_CONTRIBUION_SOFT WHERE PCP_ID = 'id of specific pcp'

How can I match User B's pcp to User A's pcp.
