I understand that for CiviMail, we can use VERP so that the bounced emails can be handled automatically by CiviMailProcessor.  But how about emails sent by other means - e.g. select a few contacts and then choose "Send email to contacts" from the "--more actions--" drop down?  It seems that VERP is not being used in those cases.  Is that correct?  Is there anyway we can force VERP on all outgoing emails so that bounces can be handled properly?
