Event Ticket purchase and individual registration

Hello all,

I am wondering if civiCRM can handle the following request and if it can, how it can be achieved.  Thanks in advance!

The proposed scenario is that an organization hosts a conference.  You must buy tickets to that conference.  Company A buys a lot of 30 tickets.  Those tickets/e-tickets/coupon are then dispersed by Company A to its employees.  Those employees then use those tickets/e-tickets/coupons to register their place at the event.

The tickets/e-tickets/coupons are trackable and 1 time use only.  You would also be able to see who has used what coupon.
