IE6 Issues with scrolling bars on Contribute Form

It only happens on IE6 and it happen on IE8 when compatibility mode is enabled.

It does not happen wiht safary, IE7, IE8, Netscape 7, Firefox and Opera.

The contribute form displays a Horizontal and Vertical scrolling bars --

I have used firebug on Firefox to disect the style sheets, and edit accordingly-- no success!

Any suggestions.
