Author Topic: Continue button on Confirmation page does not work -- SOLVED -- (Read 876 times)

When a visitor tries to register for an event and they select the checkbox to bring or mail a check it causes a processing issue. They can click continue and get to the confirmation screen, but when they click Continue from the confirm your registration page, it goes nowhere and times out. What would cause this? This is a live site which we need to get fixed for our clients.

if i had to guess, this is a mail issue. The system is trying to send an email and cannot connect to the SMTP server. Check your SMTP settings and try to send a test email (administer civicrm >> global settings >> smtp settings)
