Step-by-step installation for civicrm 3.0.2

I had some problems installing civicrm, so I broke up the install script into a few steps. I'm making the modified files available for download.

1. Download the files from http://www.mylittleweb.net/downloads/civicrm-3.0.2-step-by-step-install.zip

2. Upload the files in "sql" into your civicrm "sql" folder

3. upload the files in "install" into your civicrm "install" folder (replace index.php)

Install civicrm following the usual steps.
