Error on states list: Guizhou

When adding a new contact, the states (provinces) list for China shows "Gulzhou". It should be "Guizhou". Error is in 2.2 and an upgraded 3.0.

Thanks, fixed. CiviCRM 3.0.5 and 3.1.4 will have the proper name.
