Realex Payments Processor - configuration problems
July 23, 2010, 06:20:41 am
Hi,

I have a drupal /civi installation and I want to use Realex payments.

It's set up as one of the payment processors under configuration and I've entered all of the requited details.

When I set up a contribution page it includes fields for cr. card details (which should be on the payment processor site). Also I get an error when I submit the page with these details

: 506:We were unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

Any help greatly appreciated.

We had the same problem - the solution was to leave "Account" blank.
