Filtering on payment instrument in Bookkeeping Transactions Report.

The new Bookkeeping Transactions Reports is great, but would it be possible to add the option of filtering on payment instrument to the report template?  That way you could select cheque(check) and cash payments only and use it to create a bank deposit slip. It seems like a little tweak to me, but I have no programming experience.

If this is not the correct place for this suggestion, please let me know so I can post in the appropriate place.
