Contribution Page that creates new Contact (Combo Individual and Organization)

I'm attempting to create a contribution page that simultaneously collects new contact information.  However, it doesn't seem like I can combine individual and organization fields in a single profile.  Is this possible?

Ideally, there would be a option group or tab bar that said Individual vs. Organization.  Then the appropriate fields would appear below.  If it were an Organization, I would want to collect Individual fields as well and create both Contacts; with a relationship between the Individual and Organization.  The tab selection would flag the Contact to which the Contribution is attached.
