change relationship in membership type

In the edit mode of a membership type it is not possible to change the relationship. Also when there are no members attached to the type.
Is this is deliberately made? Changing the relationship sometimes is useful, when making errors for example.

You cannot see the selected relationship in the membershiptype edit page also..

I have checked following on local 4.1 install.

- created new membership type and also selected relationship type.
- Edited membership type, I was able to change relationship type.
- then i added membership record with above membership type
- edit membership type, i was not able to change relationship type.

That is what I have (CiviCRM 4.1.beta3).
Is it a bug? Should I make an issue in project CiviCRM?

This is expected behavior
