Wampserver, Drupal, and CiviCRM

OK, I'm not sure if this is needed by the community...but it seems there are many questions regarding the setup of Wampserver for a Drupal/CiviCRM installation. I've tried with some success, but know that my installation is far from optimal. I've attached a file with details specific to my Wampserver/Drupal/CiviCRM platform:

Wampserver 2.2
PHP version 5.3.13
MySQL version 5.1.41
Apache version 2.2.22
Windows 7 (64) on a relatively modern machine
Drupal 7.14 (mixed InnoDB & MyISAM tables)
CiviCRM 4.1.3 (all InnoDB tables)

Perhaps a conversation can begin to determine the optimum settings to set up a solid development machine. Any comments/edits can be vetted and I'll post in a new file outlining the best settings and extensions to use.

The attached file includes the following from my most recent attempt:

Uncommented Lines in:
.....civicrm.settings.php
.....settings.php
......htaccess
.....my.ini
.....php.ini
.....httpd.conf

Settings and Extensions in:
.....PHP

Apache Modules

Tweaks to:
.....C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
.....C:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf
.....C:\wamp\alias\sqlbuddy.conf
.....C:\wamp\alias\webgrind.conf

thanks - this is helpful.  my config is quite similar.  I've been trying to use windows for dev, then push to server.  works great for drupal in Pantheon (getpantheon.com) but adding civicrm has been a bit problematic.  first, i had to use the same database, but the problem is that the dev and target server have different path and url's .  Since upload directory, etc. are in database, makes syncing a bit challenging.  have you faced this?

I made the switch to Ubuntu/LAMP about 2 years ago, but I also have a CiviCRM install working on Wampserver with Windows 7. And I have no issues with it, although my knowledge of servers etc. is far too little to understand why....
