CiviHR on Wordpress Issue
October 06, 2013, 03:20:36 am
Hi Guys

I'm installing CiviHR on wordpress and got the following error

"Some modules define permissions, but the CMS cannot store them: hrjob"

Just a heads up (trying beta3)

Thanks

You may have already seen/heard about this during the sprint. CiviHR uses an API (hook_civicrm_permissions) to declare permissions (like "edit HRJobs"), but hook_civicrm_permissions wasn't working in WordPress. There are two similar JIRA issues regarding this hook:

http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-12059 -- For Joomla; currently open/unresolved
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-12060 -- For WordPress; currently merged into 4.4 and labeled "QA"; for backporters, the PR is mentioned on the ticket

If you have a chance to try it again in WordPress, that would help us verify that CRM-12060 is working.
