In the process of doing some site updates and adding some functionality, the My Account page for User 1 came back! I wish I could say precisely when it happened, but I was doing too much to keep track...

In any event, problem solved and 3.1.3 seems to be working great - for anyone who runs into the same issue, there is hope!

Hello

I am experiencing the same issue (not sending registration emails) using drupal 6.19 and civicrm 3.3. 

Any suggestions?

I am still experiencing the issue, and would like to note that for the short term I created a Drupal rule to email a notification when someone registers.  To my surprise, the email is not sent by the rule either!  It seems that civi has a deep hold on the user creation emails no matter what... any information would be greatly appreciated.

PS I tried to check the logs but i was denied access on my server.

Have you tried sending a test email from Administer >Configure>Global Settings>Outbound Email ??
