hello,

In phpadmin under civicrm_menu i got these lines at the botton:

PRIMARY    PRIMARY    450     edit delete    id
UI_path_domain_id    UNIQUE    450     edit delete    path
                                                                                domain_id
FK_civicrm_menu_domain_id    INDEX    5     edit delete    domain_id
FK_civicrm_menu_component_id    INDEX    56     edit delete    component_id

can the problem be here?

The info above doesn't really shed light on your situation. I would suggest a clean install of the latest stable version - and then if you still have a problem you'll need to try and debug what's happening in your configuration or perhaps contact a Professional Service Provider to get help:
