Invalid Proxy URL and how to get more error output?

Just figured I would ask in a new thread if can I get more error log output from your civismtp server or is there a way to turn on extra logging/debugging on my end?

As you will see in the thread I know it is not even getting to the username password part of it since I do not get the error that comes with that.
