Hi Everyone,

I have the [almost] latest Drupal install running under the latest version of CiviCRM.

Up until now, we have been collecting extremely simple demographic info on new and renewing members by having a tags group displayed in which one or more selections is mandatory in order to complete the join/renewal process.

Now however, we are wanting to collect a good bit more information:

- Professional Role (10 possible exclusive choices)
- Additional Roles (11 possible non-exclusive choices)

- Professional Background (7 possible exclusive choices)
- Additional Professions (11 possible non-exclusive choices)

- Current Employment Setting (9 possible exclusive choices)
- Additional Employment Settings (10 possible non-exclusive choices)

Each question/class wants to have an "other" option w/free text field entry.  I don't think this is possible in CiviCRM as written/provided.

Does anyone have experience handling something like this, and is willing offer constructive insight I wonder.
