Warning related to permissions within Drupal and Reports

I get the following warning when accessing

Warning: array_flip() [function.array-flip]: Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /XXX/includes/entity.inc).

If I change the access report permission to anonymous in drupal then the warning goes away. If I restrict access to authenticated or just admin the warning reappears.

I tried playing with the left and right columns for the ACL Roles within each report but for the life of me I cannot figure out which side is which. Is the right side the approved and the left side the denied or is it the other way around? I tried both ways and only made the warning appear twice at the top of the page rather than once.

Any idea what in reports could be the source of the warning?

Sorry should clarify this is when I go to the reports section within CiviCRM that I see this at the top of the page. I first noticed this and posted it in the 4.1 testing sub-forum located here:
