i have civicrm with WordPress

https://www.thsc.org/thsc-association-renew-membership-application/
https://www.thsc.org/thsc-association-renew-membership-application-by-check/

once click on continue button or link present inside civicrm form, page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/transac ... path get appended to url

and civicrm page content loaded outside WordPress page templates

does anybody have idea ?

civicrm vesion: 4.2.2
WordPress version : 3.6.1
