A scheduled job to update display name and sort name ?
January 22, 2015, 02:33:44 pm
I think we need a scheduled job Update Display and Sort Names along the lines of Update Greetings and Addressees^ (although the first and only time I tried to use that it didn't work as something(? - hate being a non-techie) insisted on interpreting the parameter gt as greater than.)

There have been three posts recently that indicate a need for it. http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,35499 , http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,35380 , http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,34965

^I am presuming this job doesn't already update display and sort names as they are not mentioned in the documentation http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Update+Greetings+and+Address+Data+for+Contacts
