Hi,

I'm having problem with civivolunteer, the page after clicking "volunteer now" button was shown blank page. only show header and footer, and the registration form content was blank.

Please help me, am I doing wrong step or missed some step ?

I'm using joomla 3.5.1, civicrm 4.6, civivolunteer 4.6-2.0.2  and angular profiles 4.6-1.0.1

Regards,

enda

Hi,

I found interesting fact,  I have been tried to search and mapping my civivolunteer problem. when I edit/change the "define needs" value, the Sign Up to Volunteer  page can view normal, but if we add the define need to be two type, then Sign Up to Volunteer page show blank page again

I guess the problem is from "define needs" setting, Please give me some solution

Hello,

There's not enough information to help you here. We need either an error message or steps to reproduce your problem in order to help. Are you getting any JavaScript errors? Could you provide screen shots of the project configuration screen as well as the define needs screen?

Hi, Enda,

It might be easiest if I can see this in action. If you don't want to post it here, please send the URL of your website to frank@ginkgostreet.com. I don't how much I'll be able to tell from the outside -- I may ultimately require a login so I can check your configurations and try a few things out.

I am having the same issue on my site.  This is a test site with Joomla 3.6.2 and CiviCRM 4.7.10 this is a fresh install and a test site.  I can send PM so you can take a look at it, but right now I'm just seeing "CiviVolunteer" and then "empowered by CiviCRM" as the other user was having.  I had created an event and then done the volunteer profile through that, with an events link, and then the registration.

Irebout, have a look at the permissions settings required for CiviVolunteer interfaces to work. As this seems to be a common source of support requests, we're considering putting some notifications or in-app documentation into a future version to guide folks to the right place.
