Graham - the patch is for 2.1 so not sure it will work for you. Also I'm pretty sure there were some bugs w/ Current Employer in profiles in 2.0 that were fixed in 2.1  :-[ (it's a different part of the app from the area that Joe was having a problem with). I found this one which is related but not the same:
