Create a new tag and assign it to imported records

When I import contacts into my drupal in bluehost.com hostig, new tags are neve created, why? instead in demo online is going, which hostign is using demo? it lok ot be super and without problems

Uou are right, to me this error come only when the importing is gone in time out, aboutthis I purpose this feature:
